Dr. Arielle Smith, DSW, LCSW

Dr. Arielle Smith is a distinguished Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in social work and mental health. She earned her undergraduate degree from Southern Illinois University, her master’s from Chicago State University, and her Doctorate from the University of Southern California.

With a multifaceted career, Dr. Ari has excelled as a personal school counselor, EAP care coordinator, and program director. Her diverse experience spans private practice, hospital, and residential settings, where she provides transformative psychotherapy specifically tailored for Black women of all ages.

Dr. Ari specializes in empowering high-achieving Black women to integrate self-care and wellness into their demanding lives, offering trauma-informed care in safe and supportive environments. Her expertise includes helping children and adolescents navigate trauma, guiding adults through significant life transitions, and providing psycho-education to families.

As the visionary owner of Eunoia Wellness Boutique and Co-Founder of Goal Digger Academy—a nonprofit dedicated to supporting young Black women aging out of foster and residential care—Dr. Ari is deeply committed to advancing mental wellness and empowerment in her community.

Passionate about self-care and personal development, Dr. Ari is also a dedicated member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and enjoys exploring wine, indulging in brunch, traveling, and catching up on reality TV. She believes in living a soft life and embraces every opportunity to inspire others to do the same.
